01 · Inbound stock

Receiving from manufacturer or you

We receive stock from your manufacturer or your warehouse, run inbound quality control, register it in the system with SKU and lot, place it on a dedicated shelf. Shared count, photos of any defective units.

02 · Branded packaging

Boxes, polybags, flyers, freebies

Final packaging with your branded materials: printed boxes, logo polybags, welcome flyers, in-pack gifts, hand-written cards if you want. We give you input on material choice to optimize shipping cost.

03 · Picking & packing

Single or multi-item orders

Order picking, accuracy check (right SKU + right quantity), packing assembly. Same day for orders received by 2 PM, next day for those after. Target accuracy rate: 99.5%.

04 · Multi-carrier

The right carrier for each order

We work with DHL, UPS, BRT, GLS, SDA, FedEx, Bartolini. Use your own contract if you prefer, or our multi-carrier rates, picking the best carrier for each order based on destination, weight and urgency.

05 · Returns management

Return, inspection, refurbishment

Dedicated return address, return reception, product inspection, decision on refurbishment (back to stock) or scrap. Update on your system to authorize the refund. No "ghost parcels" sitting around.

06 · Reporting

What shipped, what's in stock

Daily report (orders fulfilled, any pending, stock under threshold) or weekly, by email as PDF + CSV. For more structured brands, a dedicated web dashboard with 24/7 access to warehouse data.
