500 units. Below this threshold line setup absorbs too much of the per-unit cost. We can propose a prototype run or a shared multi-brand line for smaller volumes.
Typical setup is 5-10 business days from receipt of materials and the signed technical brief. Includes sample validation, operator training, 20-50-unit pilot QC run.

Content approval of the label — text, claims, regulatory statements — always remains the client's responsibility. You provide text and artwork validated by your regulatory team and sign the final artwork proof approval before production. Correct execution of the agreed job is Globalink's responsibility: application per spec, legibility check, batch traceability, EAN cross-check, sample scanning. In case of anomalies on the supplied print we flag within 24 h and do not proceed without new approval.
Yes. Our operational core is the Spino d'Adda plant, but on request we deploy on-site teams at your facility under a service contract (never staff leasing or secondment). Scope and QA governance are defined in the contract.
We do not handle: medicinal products (any), refrigerated or frozen food (no cold rooms), products requiring certified clean room, UN Class 3 flammable goods. Dedicated workflows for: cosmetics (ambient), maternity/pediatrics, non-refrigerated food, DTC and non-EU importers.
Scheduled unloading in 2-hour slots (Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00, Italian time CET/CEST), quantity check against delivery note, inbound pallet photo, non-conformities flagged within 1 business day. Stored in a project-dedicated area, inventoried.
Yes. Integration with Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop via standard plugin or CSV/JSON feed. Cut-off: orders received by 2:00 PM Italian time (CET/CEST), Mon-Fri, are picked the same day and handed over to the carrier before center close. Multi-carrier (BRT, GLS, DHL, UPS) with automatic fallback.
Reverse logistics with visual check, basic functional test (where client protocol requires), product refurbishment when applicable and restock of compliant returns; certified disposal for non-compliant items. Activities defined in the return protocol signed at project kickoff. Monthly report by reason code.
